This policy governs authenticity, counterfeit prevention and accurate disclosure of new, open-box, refurbished and used electronics.
1. Zero tolerance for counterfeit goods
Whizbiz prohibits knowingly selling counterfeit products, fake accessories represented as genuine, altered-identity devices, or goods whose brand/model is materially misrepresented. A confirmed counterfeit supplied by Whizbiz qualifies for an appropriate remedy, including refund, without reducing any legal right.
2. Condition grades

| Open Box | Packaging has been opened; product is not represented as factory-sealed new. |
| Certified Refurbished | Inspected/restored under a defined programme; warranty and grade disclosed. |
| Refurbished | Previously used/returned and restored; cosmetic/functional grade and warranty disclosed. |
| Pre-Owned / Used | Previously used; material condition and known defects disclosed. |
3. Refurbished and used disclosure
Where relevant and practicable, the listing should disclose cosmetic grade, battery-health standard, included accessories, charger status, warranty, known defects and material repair/refurbishment information. A used or refurbished item must not be represented as brand new.
4. Device identity
Whizbiz may record serial numbers, IMEIs or comparable identifiers internally for authenticity, warranty, fraud prevention and return matching. Such identifiers will be handled as controlled operational data and will not be publicly exposed unnecessarily.
