This policy explains when Whizbiz may use AI in support and the limits placed on automated authority.
1. Permitted uses
- Answer common policy and product questions from approved information.
- Explain order-status information retrieved from authorized systems.
- Collect return/warranty intake details.
- Translate customer communications.
- Summarize cases and route them to the right team.
- Draft suggested responses for human review.
2. Authority limits
AI is not the authoritative source for payment truth, final price, order ownership, refund approval, warranty entitlement, fraud guilt, statutory-right denial or final dispute resolution. Those outcomes must come from authorized commerce systems, controlled policy rules or authorized personnel.
3. Human review
A customer may request or be routed to human review for a rejected return or warranty, high-value dispute, fraud issue, privacy request, safety incident, repeated automated failure or another material case where human judgment is appropriate.
4. Privacy and transparency
AI-supported interactions are subject to the Privacy Policy. We will not intentionally ask customers to provide passwords, PINs, full payment-card details or other unnecessary secrets to an AI assistant. Where appropriate, customers will be informed that automation is assisting the interaction.
