This policy governs credible safety concerns, product recalls and hazardous battery/electrical incidents.
1. Safety first
Whizbiz prioritizes customer safety over completion of a sale. Where a credible safety issue is identified, we may stop sale, hold fulfilment, contact affected customers, cooperate with manufacturers/authorities and arrange an appropriate recall or remedy.
2. Report a safety issue
Stop using a product if continued use appears unsafe and contact support@whizbiz.net. Provide the order number, product identification and a description/photo of the issue where safe. For fire, smoke, overheating, swelling, leakage or electric-shock risk, prioritize immediate physical safety and follow emergency/manufacturer guidance.
3. Lithium batteries
Do not puncture, compress, recharge or ordinary-courier a visibly swollen, leaking, burnt or severely damaged lithium battery. Contact us for controlled instructions. Shipping rules may limit how batteries/power stations are transported.
4. Recall notices
Where a recall affects a Whizbiz-supplied product and customer contact is available, we will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide the manufacturer/regulator remedy instructions. Recall eligibility is not reduced by ordinary change-of-mind return limits.
