When verification may occur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High-value or unusual order patterns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material mismatch between order and payment information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple failed payment attempts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspicious delivery-address changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Known fraud indicators or chargeback patterns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal\/sanctions or payment-provider requirements where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Proportionality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will request only information reasonably necessary for the verification purpose and should prefer lower-intrusion methods where they can achieve the same result. Verification must not be used as a pretext for discriminatory treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Order holds and cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A suspicious order may be temporarily held while reasonable checks are completed. If we cannot verify an order or believe fulfilment would create material fraud\/legal risk, we may cancel it and handle payment reversal\/refund as appropriate.
