Payment processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whizbiz uses approved payment service providers and controls appropriate to the payment method. Available methods are displayed at checkout and may differ by country or currency. Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Security statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use reasonable technical and organizational controls designed to protect payment-related transactions. No online system can truthfully guarantee absolute security, so Whizbiz does not use a &#8220;100% secure&#8221; guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Card-data minimization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whizbiz is designed to minimize direct handling of full card data. We do not intentionally store card verification values (CVV\/CVC\/CID) after authorization. Where applicable, payment environments and service providers should be managed in line with relevant PCI DSS responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A bank debit, authorization notification or screenshot is not by itself the authoritative Whizbiz order status. Our commerce\/payment records and confirmed provider notifications govern whether a payment is pending, paid, failed, refunded, disputed or subject to chargeback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment incidents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly with the order reference and non-sensitive transaction evidence.
