Price transparency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whizbiz aims to show the product price, currency, material delivery charge, applicable Whizbiz-collected tax and final payable total before order submission. We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory merchant fees after you have committed to purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Display and transaction currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The display currency is the currency used to show prices on the site. The transaction currency is the currency actually charged by the payment processor. If these differ, the transaction currency should be identified at or before payment. Third-party banks\/payment providers may apply their own exchange rates or fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pricing errors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a price is clearly erroneous because of a technical or human error, we may correct it before fulfilment where permitted by law. If we decide not to honour an already-paid erroneous price, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid. We will not silently charge a higher amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Promotions&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Material promotion terms should state eligibility, start\/end dates, products\/territories, minimum spend, maximum discount, code restrictions and stock limitations where applicable. We prohibit fake countdowns, fabricated scarcity and misleading reference prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Taxes and customs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicable tax treatment depends on destination and transaction. For cross-border orders, customers will be told whether known import duties\/taxes are included or normally payable to authorities\/carriers at destination.
