Product-page warranty disclosure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a product carries a manufacturer, distributor or Whizbiz warranty, the product page should identify the provider, duration, territory and material service conditions. Generic promises such as &#8220;all products have 18 months warranty&#8221; must not be used unless true for every affected product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Defect assessment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may ask for safe diagnostic information or arrange inspection. We will not require troubleshooting that creates a safety risk or unreasonably burdens the customer. A valid claim may result in repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Reasonable exclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A manufacturer or voluntary warranty may exclude damage caused after delivery by accident, unauthorized modification, misuse, liquid exposure outside the product rating, incorrect electrical input or unauthorized repair. An exclusion applies only where relevant to the failure and permitted by law; it cannot be used to deny a pre-existing defect, wrong product, counterfeit product or unrelated statutory claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Repairs and repeat failure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repair arrangements should be completed within a reasonable time. If a repaired product materially fails again in circumstances where applicable law requires a stronger remedy, Whizbiz will apply that remedy rather than repeatedly forcing repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Data on devices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Back up personal data before service where possible and remove personal accounts\/security locks when instructed and safe. Repairs or replacement may result in data loss. Whizbiz and service partners will handle personal data under the Privacy Policy and returned-device controls, but customers remain responsible for maintaining backups except where applicable law provides otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Nigerian consumer protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Nigerian consumer transactions, Whizbiz recognizes the FCCPA implied warranty of quality and applicable remedies for qualifying failed, unsafe or defective goods.
