This policy supports authentic customer feedback while allowing proportionate moderation of unlawful, abusive or irrelevant content.
1. Authenticity
Whizbiz does not permit fabricated customer reviews, employees posing as independent customers, or paid positive reviews presented as unbiased. Where technically supported, verified-purchase labels may be used.
2. Moderation
We may remove spam, threats, unlawful content, personal data, impersonation, irrelevant material or demonstrably fraudulent reviews. We will not remove a legitimate negative review merely because it criticizes Whizbiz or a product.
3. Incentivized reviews
If Whizbiz offers a lawful incentive for feedback, the incentive must not require a positive rating and should be disclosed where necessary. Incentives must not be conditioned on suppressing negative experience.
